A law graduate by qualification, Mr Jain heads the Regulatory Affairs Department. His legal and public relations acumen addressed critical issues, strengthened coordination with government departments and reduced litigation. Mr Jain is also Chief Executive Officer of the Unit -I and Unit V, which delivered superior performance in brief tenures. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Jain, Venus Pharma is reaching new heights and expanding its wings all over Europe & Asia.

An MBA in International Business form Stienbies University, Germany, Mr. Vishal Chandra has an experience of 22 years in Marketing & Sales across many countries of the World. As an Associate Vice President, he is responsible for Formulation & Implementation of Company’s strategic goals. With his rich experience in cross-cultural management, Mr. Vishal is contributing increase in Company’s revenue in European Union, Middle East, CIS and Africa. Geographical expansion and increase in product basket has been successfully enabled by him by signing in newer clients from different regions under his control. Besides Out-licensing and sales operations, Mr. Vishal Chanda is also responsible for QA-QC, repackaging and Warehousing portfolio of Venus Pharma GmbH.

Dr. Manu Chaudhary
Joint Managing Director
Dr. Chaudhary heads the Research and Development and operations of the Company, backed by qualifications of M.Sc., M.Phil (Genetics) and Ph.D. She also enjoys almost two decades of experience in pharma manufacturing and research, reflected in a proficiency related to GMP, GLP and USFDA manufacture. She designed and commissioned the company's world-class manufacturing facility at Baddi in India. She helped broaden the product portfolio, created a team of proficient scientists and enriched the company's intellectual property. She is in-charge of developing a world-class research centre in Baddi.
